Vidz and update..
As most of you would already know by now, there will be an appreciation lunch on the 27Sep at Selarang for all our runners.. So see ya there!
Hmmm.. Anyway, are we gonna start running together again or what?? If there is no objections, let’s meet tommorow at ECP at EIGHT AM shall we? Maybe just for a quick 15km run together again in preparation for the Marathon and as part of our usual routine~
